CG Digital Solutions is a one-person web design studio in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This page explains what I collect through this site, why, and how to have it removed. Plain English, no lawyer-speak.
What I collect
Only what you type into the form on this site:
- Your business name
- Your phone number
- Your current website or Instagram handle, if you give one
That's it. No accounts, no logins, no payment details are taken on this site.
Why I collect it
To answer the inquiry you sent — whether that's a homepage concept, a question about a managed plan, or a project enquiry — and to text you about it. If you decide to go ahead, the same details are used to quote and run the project.
About texting. By submitting the form you agree to receive a text message about the inquiry you submitted. That's one text, plus any replies in the conversation you start. No recurring marketing messages, no newsletter, no automated campaigns. Reply STOP at any time and I won't message you again.
Who else sees it
I don’t sell or rent your information or share it with advertisers or data brokers. Netlify hosts this site and processes inquiries, and my mobile carrier handles text messages. Plausible provides website analytics. If you choose to book a call through Cal.com or open a portfolio preview, that service or website handles your visit under its own privacy policy.
How long I keep it
If you don't become a client, I delete your inquiry within twelve months. If you do, I keep project records for as long as I'm working with you and for the period my accountant requires afterwards.
Your choices
Email or text me and I'll confirm what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no process, no charge.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners and isn't intended for anyone under 18. I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
