CG Digital Solutions is a one-person web design studio in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This page explains what I collect through this site, why, and how to have it removed. Plain English, no lawyer-speak.

What I collect

Only what you type into the free-mockup form:

That's it. No accounts, no logins, no payment details are taken on this site.

Why I collect it

To build the free mockup you asked for and to text it to you. If you decide to go ahead, the same details are used to quote and run the project.

About texting. By submitting the form you agree to receive a text message about the mockup you requested. That's one text, plus any replies in the conversation you start. No recurring marketing messages, no newsletter, no automated campaigns. Reply STOP at any time and I won't message you again.

Who else sees it

Nobody. I don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and I don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. The only third parties involved are the ordinary services that make the site and my phone work: the web host that receives the form submission and my mobile carrier. They process the data on my behalf, not for their own marketing.

How long I keep it

If you don't become a client, I delete your enquiry within twelve months. If you do, I keep project records for as long as I'm working with you and for the period my accountant requires afterwards.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking or retargeting pixels. My web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, which is normal for any website.

Your choices

Email or text me and I'll confirm what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no process, no charge.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and isn't intended for anyone under 18. I don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
